William Leavitt was the chair of the Berklee guitar department until he passed away in 1990, while I was studying there. These pieces are from his Modern Method For Guitar, Volumes I, II and III. As a jazz guitarist, he wrote these as pick-style electric guitar solos and duets, but they lend themselves perfectly to the classical guitar. They are simple little pieces but always with the most exquisite jazz harmonies.
